Great service with no hassles

Good day<br> <br> I would like to take this opportunity and thank Peter Williams-the Manager of the Mr Price Store situated in Bellville area. Two weeks ago i logged a complaint on hello peter about a zip that broke on my swimming suit which i bought a month ago at a Mr Price store in Vangate mall and was provided feedback stating i need to return item and request to speak to a manager for assistance. I dreaded returning the item as i was not up for answering a lot of questions and going through a long process but wow was i surprised when i finally decided to go today to return the item. I got to the store, requested to speak to the Manager and explained to him my dilemma. He was professional, eager to assist and efficient. He gave me no problems and had no issues refunding me.
