Great service from Mr Price e-commerce help desk!

The Mr Price online stores are, in my opinion, some of the best in SA. <br> <br> Recently I purchased an item from Mr Price Home. Delivery was on time, but due to incorrect bar-coding, the item design was different to what I had ordered. It happens.<br> <br> I sent a request for a swap or a refund. I received a call to let me know that my case has been assigned to a help center agent, Mafra. She kept me in the loop and up to date at all times and even got the warehouse supervisor to check the stock twice (to see if they didn't misplace the item I had ordered). She was pleasant, friendly and professional. <br> <br> I can honestly say it was a pleasure to process a return through Mr Price e-commerce help center. Well done, guys, you run a tight ship!<br>
