GREAT SERVICE AT EAST RAND RETAIL PARK

I bought some clothes at Mr price in springs mall that turned out to be too small when I got home, I tried looking for the receipt in my email just to find out that I wasn't sent the receipt as promised by the cashier. I proceeded to Mr price branch at east rand retail park where I met a colored/Indian aged lady by the entrance. She was awesome! She collected the clothe and she spoke very nice, she had a welcoming smile and she looked energetic to help anyone. I then proceeded upstairs to change the clothe, another lady helped me there, took the clothe tho there wasn't any more stick to replace the specific clothe but recommended a good alternative. The lady at the till also welcomed me with very kind gestures. They all looked happy and ready to work! As a public relations offer, I hardly see this in South African retail stores. I was very impressed at my visit to Mr price east rand retail park.
