great service

Last Thursday I bought a track top from the store, the cashier that assisted me asked for my email address so that the slip could be sent to me via email, which I did. She then experienced a problem to print the slip, however she asked me to wait for her manager to authorize the re-printing but because i was in a hurry i told her that its fine as long as i had the slip in my email. I only tried on the top this morning and realised i needed to exchange it for a bigger size! I then checked my emails and couldn't find the slip. i was worried that they wouldn't allow me to exchange the top but i called the store and the phone was answered by Keleb who was very professional on the phone and assured me if i come to the store she would assist me and that i can come and ask for her specifically, which I did. I received great service from her, she assisted me with a welcoming smile. I also picked up that she works well with her colleagues aswell as she didn't bad mouth the cashier that had helped me initially. I was treated with respect and i will definitely be going back to that store! Well done to Keleb for her passion for customer service! Wish that she can continue with this great work
