Great customer service will build your company....think about it

I cannot even begin to describe the bad service i received at your Gugulethu square branch on friday the 22nd, as i was about to pay for my clothes i realised my card was not in my purse, i then thought of going home and try to find it but i though to myself ther is no way id misplace my card as it was always in my i.d and i had my i I.D so my card was lost...and because i new i have a lost card protection plan, i figured it shouldnt be a problem to replace my card as i had no idea where the old card was....when i returned back to the store and explained to them, the service i got from the employees was unberrable the lady who was assisting me with card replacement was supper annoid she explained to me that her head office doesnt approve of their store replacing cards all the time instead of openning new account,she said "we" always complain about fees yet "we" keep replacing our cards.....i hated the attitude she gave me and made me feel that once im an existing client i am not important and u only important when u are a New Client, she placed me under an umbrella with clients that complain about fees when i those words never came out of my mouth....please sort out your staff as this is not the first bad encounter i have had with them....i love shopping at MRP but bad servive will cost you customers.
