GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SENSE OF URGENCY

I would like to say thank you to Gift i didn't get his surname but i think he is one of the junior supervisors at Mr Price in East rand mall, on the 24th of Dec 2015 i took back a pack of bikini underwear which had a factory fault and was told i would assume by the other supervisors they cant take them back instead i should take one panty to replace the faulty one but there were no sizes, Gift stepped in and called the branch manager who advised that i get a refund as it was not my problem that they no longer had the sizes. Happy customer indeed.
