Great customer service

I went to Mr Price Chris Hani Mall to exchange clothes that I bought for my daughter and they were all small on her. It was a number of items, so I was expecting a bit of reluctance from the lady assisting me as it seems to me like the clothes were too much for exchange. The lady assisting me was actually very patient with me, went through all the clothes patiently and was giving small talk throughout. Her name is Poppy and I’d really like to give appreciation to the great service she gave me. She really seemed to be dedicated to her work and she knew what she was doing. Keep it up
