got ****** in mr price and recieved no help

we were at Mr Price store at Kwaggas centrum today. I got ****** in the store by two ladies they stole my wallet out of my handbag with all my money and other cards. I was still in the shop when I received sms'es from my bank that someone is trying to withdraw money from my bank accounts. when I spoke to the staff of mr price they said they cant help me because their cameras are working but they do not record. this made me very angry as I cant believe that you have cameras but they don't record what's the use then. They weren't helpful or even friendly at all. and they clearly made me feel like they don't really want to assist me. I will never go to mr price in kwaggas centrum again as they clearly don't care about their customers well being or safety at all.
