Goods paid for online not delivered. Missing!
Disgusting service, I bought an item online from there home department last week for delivery. They promptly took my payment and now, if you can get through to anyone, they have no idea where it is. 🤬 I want my money back but trying to call them is impossible, been put on hold for 3 times today for 20 mins a time until I hang up. Emails not answered.. I am going to lay a charge of theft.

03 Aug 2022, 20:39Well nobody bothered to call, after a day of trying to contact support telephonically, via email and on Facebook, I stiil have no clear answer. Mr price has my money, one customer service person says they are investigating and want proof of payment, sent. Another says its out for delivery, and they have tried to deliver several times.. Which is total bull**** as its my place of work... I have about 500 colleques so even I were not the, security is and approx 499 colleques. Another just says they can't find it, and yet another claims not delivered because item damaged! ***? Seriously.? Just give me my money back. Incompetence on a whole new level 🤬
