Goodbye Mr Price

Spending a day at V&A waterfront, walked in Mr Price and noticed a boot I would like to purchase at 8:30pm on the 17/05/18. Unfortunately they didn't have my size. They checked the system and saw Blue Route mall has 2 pairs among other stores who had 1 pair left per store. Went there the following day from Ravensmead all the way to Tokai, the boot nowhere to be found , although the system shows two pairs available and enquired by the store manager. His excuse was the boots are in the store room among 700 other unmarked boxes and most likely won't find the boots today. In a nut shell, he basically told me, when they invoice items, then don't physically check if the items showed on the invoices, are actually inside the boxes leading to system errors. This tells me Mr Price doesn't care at all about their customers as their stock management is controlled by *********** staff. To remedy the situation, they enquired by vangate and n1 city for the boot, told me they will call me when they got an answer from either of the two. A week later, I'm still waiting. I'm done with Mr Price and so will everyone else who hears about how this store make fools out of their customers.
