Good working relationship between Mr. Price and Street Sheets

I did not want to write to hellopeter but my colleague advised me to because of the experience I had. On the 2nd of September 2021, I went to killarney mall to pay for my account. I asked them to check for my balance but they were offline. Was advised by the supervisor of Mr. Price to go and check for my balance at street sheets, since they were under one umbrella. But when I got there that manager lady from street sheets did not assist and send us back to Mr. Price. I told her that they are offline but she did not bother to assist. That lady was very rude and from where I saw, its seems as if helping customers from Mr. Price is a huge mission for her. I think a good working relationship between street sheets and Mr.Price must be implemented or they must be reminded that they are now under one umbrella. I had to go to Pretoria to pay and for them to check for my account balance.
