Good service from Mr Price Customer care

I recently encounted an issue with placing an order online with a voucher code not working and my total was a R100 extra due to my voucher not working.

I required the R100 to be returned to my account, I emailed Mr Price customer care and had the pleasure of having my problem assigned to a lady named Busisiwe Ndebele.

She is an absolute pleasure as we have only exchanged 4 e-mails in less than 24 hours and everything was sorted out.
