<p>I remember Sithembiso from a previous query where he called me after he resolved an issue (Website issue).</p> <p>I think this is going above and beyond and he has assisted me yet again with an online issue after going through what I did with this company last week. He is calm, patient and investigates before tackling the issue. He is the only one I'll be calling from now on because I'd rather deal with one person who generally wants to help you than a whole call centre full of unhelpful agents doing the minimum and passing the buck. (Wont mention names)</p>
