good not delivered on time!

I did an online purchase on the 10.06 and requested it to be delivered at the niominated branch. Today, 17.06, after calling the helpline number ***, I was told by the agent, Andrew, that my goods will only be delivered on Monday! I asked to cancel the order as it was gifts for fathers day and I said I would go into the branch and do a purchase. I was told that the order is being shipped since 12.06 and that no cancellations can be made! What do I do now as I have already paid for the items and I need it before the weekend!!!! I will never use the online service again! Why do they stipulate 5-7 working days when its in fact 7-10 working days!!!! Pathetic online service!!!
