Good morning please assist I went to Mr Price sport N1 City on the 3rd of December 2023 to pay for my account. I accidentally forgot my account card by the cashier. Since it was beginning of holidays I didn't have time to go back fetch it. On the 16th of December I logged into my Mr Price app and discovered that 3 transactions had taken place on my account. 1 was done on the 11th of December and 2 more purchases on the 14th. I immediately blocked the card through calling their ***** line. On the 23rd I visited the outlet and the cashier who had helped me did confirm that I had indeed forgotten my card. The manager made a call to who she says was their regional manager. At the end of the call she asked for my email address and cell number so she could forward them to the regional manager. On the 6th of January 2024 I went back to the same shop for feedback as I never got an email or call from the so called regional manager. I spoke to the same manager but nothing came out of it. I had to pay my monthly installment to avoid being blacklisted. I don't know who to call or where to go for help hence my last resort to put it up on this platform.@Mrprice
