Good Customer Service

I called Mr Price Cavendish Square yesterday, 18/08/2021, and I asked to speak to the Store Manager. I live out in the Northern Suburbs and can't get to the Southern Suburbs to get this item. This store manager, Brandon Boltman assured me that he will make a plan before Saturday as Sunday is my birthday. I was overwhelmed by his service, which was top-notch service. I am all about customer service and i must salute this manager, He gave me the assurance that i will get my packet before my birthday. I called him today to make sure i will get my packet, and yes, he confirmed that he will go the extra mile. Well done MR Price, this is what i call "service with a smile". Brandon, Gods blessings rest upon your job and may you just grow from strength to strenght.
