Good Customer Service

I would like to share my deepest gratitude for the service received from Mr Thulani Mdlalose at Mr Price, Market Street in Johannesburg on the 07/02/2019. I was looking for a black high hill size 5 shoe which I saw at Mr Price, Carlton Centre on the 06/02/2018 and I was told that the size 5 shoe I was looking for is finished. I was advised to go and check it at Mr Price, Market Street because they had 3 pairs there when they checked in their system. I went there and found two staff members in ladies shoe department (a lady and a guy). The two told me that their stock room is packed, they can’t go and find the shoe because they won’t know where to start. They told me that there are so many boxes there. So they couldn’t help. The guy left and I insisted that the lady must go and check for me if where can I get the shoe even if it is in the closest stores. She phoned Eastgate branch but she was impatient and told me that she’s rushing to go and cash up as they were about to knock off. I ended up asking her to give me the phone and talk to them myself so that she can go where she was rushing to. She called Mr Mdlalose that was also present in the very same shop that I was in and asked him to hold the phone and he spoke to them at Eastgate but there was no luck, they promised to phone me the following day. He went to check in the stockroom on the 06/02/2019 and didn’t find the shoe. I asked for their contact number (Market Street). I used the contacts to call them but when I phoned on the 07/02/2019, no one answered. Then at Eastgate store they called me and told me that they could not find the shoe. I went back to Mr Price in Market Street again on the 07/02/2019 in the afternoon. I asked for Mr Thulani Mdlalose, He went back to check the shoe again in the stockroom and I think he spent more than 45 minutes checking the stock until I decided to go home, when I was about to go feeling so stressed that they don’t find the shoe which was showing on their system that they have 3 pairs and the shoe was found. I jumped with joy, happy that at last I will get the shoe that I looked for. Thank you Mr Thulane Mdlalose so much for all your help, thank you for finding the shoe that I wanted, thank you for the excellent customer service. We really need a lot more people like you in the service industry. This type of commitment to the highest level of customer’s satisfaction has to be acknowledged. You definitely deserve all the recognition.
