Going the extra mile!!!

I would like to acknowledge great service i received this afternoon at Mr Price in Somerset West, Store outside the mall. I walked in looking for a pair of gym sneakers for the Mrs, found them,however I couldn't find the size. I asked a gent for if they had the size. Without hesitation Tyler sprung into action and went to the back, he came back and said they don't have the size, he then suggested to check on the system to check if the other stores had the size. Turns out, the size 6 was in the store. Don't know how he knew which colleague to speak too, he did and found the gym trainer in a size 6. I'd like to acknowledge his Excellent service and his great customer service. I know how busy and difficult clients/customers can be, but I truly appreciate his service. Thank you to Tyler, I was able to get home to deliver the trainer to a happy owner. Thank you once again Tyler! This was my 1st time at this store and trust me ill be back thanks to Tyler's service!!
