Going the Extra Mile

Good day <br> <br> I was browsing for a garment from the Mr Price website and decided to call the store, however there was no answer. <br> <br> So I phoned the Woodmead Center and advised the operator that I tried the land-line and wanted an alternative number, she then offered Ayanda's cellphone number who is the Manager at Mr Price.<br> <br> When she picked up the phone, she did not give attitude or asked where I got her number from which that would be the first reaction. Instead she asked if she could help and dropped everything she was doing to look for the garment I was looking for.<br> <br> She assured me that I would find it if I go to the store, of which I went and to my surprise I bought it.<br> I would like to thank her for going an extra mile, doing what NO MANAGER would. I am really honored to know that we do find such great service in the Retail industry.<br> <br> Regards<br> Nono
