GOING THE EXTRA MILE

I was at your MRP home branch in Cresta on saturday 12.03.2016 and i happened to have left some parcels left there, i was buying a lot of items . i called today 16.03.2016 after checking my parcels only last night.<br> i happened to speak to Catherine Molokomme <br> (hope i have the surname right)who works for your MRP sports who went out of her way to assist me. she took it upon herself to go to MRP home (i could hear her run, which showed great character) and speak to the person responsible there without me having to explain myself again and they confirmed that my parcels were indeed there. she went as far as telling me I can go directly to her when i come to collect and she will ensure i get my items with no hassles It is refreshing to be assisted by such a graceful person, i was more than impressed as we don't see this happening often. in most cases you will be passed around because \its not my dept\" but Cat was more than helpful and its unfortunate i couldn't get hold of her area manager to give this lady a shout out. hope this gets to them, it might seem as a small act but it made my day. thank you MRP,you will be seeing more of me ...as always :-) <br> "
