Given the 'run around'

So I received a call around the 10th of this month saying I won a shopping voucher in the black friday competition I entered and the voucher would be emailed to me but it never was till today. I've been trying to call the customer care line which is just a waste of airtime because nobody answers or gets back to you and then their WhatsApp customer service number is none the better as I was given the run around by atleast 3 different people with one promising to give feedback by the end of the day which did not happen. Absolutely frustrating.
