GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK

I bought a swimming costume and a nice bag only to get at the collection point that they are closed till 2022 January on 3rd or 4th if I'm not wrong. Which those dates were quite useless to me as I needed those things before than. So I have sent an email to Mr Price to cancel the order and refund me till this day I haven't received any communication I'm very disappointed with the service. I have pictures and screenshot of everything only reply I received was an automated response
