Gift vouchers used fruadulently by staff of Mr Price!!!

Pathetic service when I tried to use a gift voucher. The voucher was never used by me but when I tried to use it the teller said there was nothing on the voucher, she called the assistant manager who advised that this is an on going problem within the group where staff within Mr Price uses the gift vouchers purchased by customers for themselves.

What's worse is they can't reimburse me until they do an investigation. They can't even give me a turnaround time.

Please avoid thinking you will gift someone from Mr Price with a voucher as it is useless and like everything else in this pathetic country *******ion is rife within this group!!!
