Gift voucher card **********

gift voucher card was bought at The groove mall on 22/12/2021 (cashier was sibusiso) and when i went to buy with it on 24 /12/2021 at Mr price home lifestyle centurion there was nothing. When thy check it they found that it was used on 22/12/2021 at Sunnypark. Since i got it ive never went to Sunnypark or close to it and ive been having that card with me.

Mr price home lifestyle tried to assist on 24/12/2021 and also went back today (28/12/2012). They tried to contact manager and teller at the groove mall with no luck.

Apparently they do ***** immediately when they give you the card and quickly use it.

I want answers from the Groove as to how come they duplicated my gift voucher or ***** on it and also find out how does Mr price Sunnypark redeem the voucher and manager approve it without validating the voucher details or not having the original card.

Call centre is not helping at all. They will take you up and down transferring to number that they dont even anwer.

I am tired of going to the shop with no assistance. I want my voucher back. And i want this guy Sibusiso at the Groove mall to be investigated.
