Gift cart problems

I went to open a Gift cart at MR Price in Quagga Centre for one of my friend. Its been 6 days that they keep on telling her they are offline. They will help there friends when they use a gift cart but not us. For the last 6days all they say is came tomorrow, but every day is the same OFFLINE story. If this is the problem take the cart so i can get my money back and my friend can go and buy from a other place that are willing to help us. For the last 2 years I was buying at MR Price in Centurion and never had a problem but no from day one in Pretoria I'm having a problem with Mr Price
