Gift card not loaded after payment

I was bought a voucher present at Mr Price in Dundee,the voucher was not activated and I have not received any assistance from the actual store nor from stores in centurion where I reside.The call centre or admin line have for whatever reason not been able to assist even after providing proof of payment to them. I am told to travel to different stores or told to keep calling back which is becoming fustrating now.Can someone that knows what they are doing please assist
