Get with the Load Shedding times!

I get there are some situations that cannot be controlled, however, certain measures can be put into place to either avoid or handle the situation adequately. It's been years that we have been experiencing 'Load Shedding' but Mr Price does not even have generators in order to convenience the public at least. I had to collect a parcel at Mr Price Campus Square, but because there were issues with the electricity I could not and now i have to use more of MY TIME, MY MONEY to go and collect the item. The sales consultant did not even try to come up with a solution and shot down all my suggestions. What a waste
