Genuine Leather Couches peeling

I purchased 2x 3 seater leather couches which had the genuine leather stamp on them and 4 years later they are peeling extremely badly where it is supposedly genuine leather.They now told me to give them back and I will then get R3599 in vouchers which wouldn't even buy cushions for a cheap couch ?? All I would expect is for them to repair the damage which shouldn't happen with genuine leather in the 1st place.
