Funds not loaded on Gift Voucher

<p>I am currently standing in a Mr Price store, waiting for someone to explain to me why the gift voucher my mom bought me yesterday, has no funds loaded on it. The so called "manager" has disappeared with a quick "I asked someone to have head office call me". I have been waiting for more than 30 minutes already. The service is **********!</p>
