FUMING!!!!!!!

Yesterday, I went to Mr Price Davenport Centre in Durban. I went to buy a pair of slops for a friends son. When I took them back to him to try them on we, being his mom and I discovered that they were to small. He needed a bigger pair. Now this was within the space of about an hour and a half as I'd gone and done some shopping at other shops in the centre as well. The shoes still had all their tags on and he had literally just tried them on to show me and then showed his mom. You could see they were brand new and had not been used. Do you know that they REFUSED to refund me because there was a bit of dust on the bottom of the shoe!!!!! This is absolutely ridiculous!!!!!!!! They are plastic shoes and all they could've done was actually wipe the bottom of the shoe, but No!!!!!! The store manager Nenetho refused point blank to exchange them because they were not in the same condition as they were when they'd been bought!!!!!! They were and still are in perfect and the same condition as I bought them!!!! So I then had to buy another pair of shoes. Oh and they were rude to me, which is when I lost my cool. I can't believe that Mr Price has become so petty!!!!! I am Fuming!!!!!! This experience has made it that I will probably never support your store again and I have already relayed my experience to my wide spectrum of friends and family and they will no longer be supporting the Mr Price stores either.
