Frustrating Experience with Mr Price Insurance

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Mr Price Insurance. After opening a Mr Price Money account, I was constantly bombarded with calls pressuring me to take out an insurance policy. Despite my initial hesitation, I eventually agreed to the policy.

However, when I tried to make changes to my policy, I was met with nothing but frustration. I was put on hold endlessly when I called their customer service, and to make matters worse, there seems to be no way to manage the policy through their apps or any other convenient method.

This entire experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. I never asked for this hassle when I opened my Mr Price Money account—I just wanted the account, not this unnecessary nonsense.

I strongly advise others to think twice before getting involved with Mr Price Insurance. The poor customer service and lack of accessible options for managing the policy have left me deeply dissatisfied.
