Frustrated with Mr Price clothing

I made an online payment to Mr Price on the 18th of June 2020 but my order did not go through yet my account was debited. I have communicated with their customer officers regarding a system reversal, on chats who promised me feedback but up till now already in July 2020 the money has not been credited back to my account. Very frustrating!
