Frustrated Shopper

I have been trying to do an online purchase on the MR Price website for a week and have constantly been declined. The account is up to date and is linked to my profile. After numerous calls and being sent from one department to the next, the problem is still not resolved. Emails have been sent with no response. Does anyone at Mr Price know how to do their job?
