Frustrated customer

Terrible service I've ever experienced. Made a payment on the 7th November in store, today is the 1st December and still my payment has not been allocated to my account. I sent my bank statement as POP was advised it's been looked at by Sivashni Mottian 5days ago.Im definitely closing this account after Mr price decides to allocate my payment.
