Frustrated Customer

I dealt with poor customer service and order delays which is very frustrating. I ordered online at Mr price on the 6th of October and the order took long to be delivered to the shop, worse of it the status of the order kept on changing dates and when enquiring with the customer care center then kept sending me from pillar to post. Worse of the customer care agents behave like they not well trained enough to service consumers. I had to drive to the shop twice being directed by a rude consultant which I forgot her name. Currently I'm still waiting for the order till to date. Even the courier company cant allocate a simple parcel even Mohamed the gentleman I managed to get from City Logistics has had difficulty to track it down for me.
