FRUSTRATED BY MR PRICE

I've been calling , emailing since January to resolve my query and no one seems to take me serious . The always transferring my calls to the lady called Adele and every time i call she is escalating my call to the team leaders and they will get back to me . Now i am about to enter new month no feed back or what so ever from Mr price . I don't wish to be part of their customers anymore because of bad customer service . All they care about is to get new customers and neglect them when they have queries . And every time i ask about reference number they don't have it to show they want to frustrate client worse .
