Froud launched but did not receive a reference number yet and it is not resolved.

I have reported froud that happend on my mr price account to them on 25 April 2026. But i did not receive a reference number and they keep on calling me and telling me i haven't paid the account. I feel like this is making my credit score to be bad which i kept it clean since 2024.They say i owe Mr Price 9.775 which i know nothing about it the day they mentioned i was at work. My matter is not resolved and i keep on getting calls..

Im wonder if they can't see i have launched a froud complain on my card. Currently I can't open an account or contract because of this matter.
