From bad to worse

Hi Mr Price,

Your service is the worst hey :-( . After my complaint I got a call from a lady saying they'll look into my query after the package was collected, this was on Wednesday 04/04/2018. Today I called them and spoke to Asanda who told me that my refund was only processed today (Friday) and it will take 5 days.... like really after you sent me and size 5 and size 8 per of shoes you tell me my order will take 5 days (Order number: ********** 48511)
