friendly and help full
<p>went in shop and my drink spilt the floor went to the lady by the name of evidence and i explained the sittuation and she was very friendy and help ful withou complaning the took wipes and wiped the floor with a smile and she was so calm keep up the great job you derserve a promotion and she even said i must enjoy my shopping instead of me apologising shes the one wo was feeling sorry for me thanks a lot keep up the great job.</p>
