Free Sim Card *****

<p>Mr price mobile called and offered me a free sim card which I would only pay for if I started using it. I didn't want it but they insisted that it was would cost me nothing to get it. </p> <p>When their courier called me, he said that I should have money ready to pay for the delivery at which point I declined the delivery. </p> <p>Now Mr Price has put a cancellation fee on my account. </p> <p>When I call them to complain, they basically told me that I should make peace with it and I should have read the fine print and their sales people are not supposed to inform me about the hidden costs. </p> <p>The terms and conditions were read to me over the phone. I had no way of knowing that the sales person was omitting important things even though I asked about hidden costs. </p> <p>I've always trusted Mr Price but this is ***** mixed with a nonchalant attitude about customer care. Luckily our phones record conversations exactly for times like these. </p>
