Free disappointment with ever purchase

I walked into Mr Price in East Rand Mall and I proceeded to the men's section. I then started looking at a few pair of jeans, but I didn't see any design that I liked, so I took one from the shelf that was folded. The guy, named Bongani, who was folding the other clothes asked me if I'm going to take that pair of jeans, and I said I'm not sure yet, as I'm still looking. He then said "well you know I'm going to have to refold that again. I already did the other ones over there" . I told him that it's expected because he works there. He then complained about have to work until 17h30 folding the clothes. He then became sarcastic, so I proceeded to called the manager and I told her my complaint. Bongani began equivocating the events that just played out, so I told the manager that I'll just put a review on Hellopeter, because Bongani clearly didn't like working there. And in my opinion if people don't like working at Mr Price it should be an HR problem and not the customer's problem. I'm really disappointed in Mr Price as I already had a problem within 2 minutes of entering the store. Is this how Mr Price treats regular customers? I'm seriously disappointed. Hopefully HR can help Bongani with his issue and head office can give me a justifiable response to the Mr Price employee's actions.
