********** transactions on my account

********** transactions were done on my account and I was informed in writing on the 22nd of August this year that all on my account has been sorted and I received a refund of the transactions done on my account in error. Yesterday I wanted to create an online profile and low and behold I get the message that my account is linked to another user. I need a full investigation into my account and it must be resolved by tomorrow 12h00. There are two items I want to purchase and if I loose it due to Mr Price's shocking service, they will just have to go find me these items.
