********** transactions on account

I have had ********** transactions on my account in Jan'22. I called Mr Price and a lady instructed I should get a police affidavit. Which I did the following day and emailed the affidavit to *** as well as *** as the contact number that was provided to me is not in service (***) The email was sent on the 14th of Jan'22. I have since contacted Mr Price again with a status update as to what should happen and a lady rudely rep**** that she will look into and get back to me as they haven't received any email. Yet no getting back to me.

I am upset with Mr Price not checking the signature when a purchase was made on my account, nonetheless the poor service when there's ***** on one's account. No wonder the ********** transactions took place in the very beginning. I need to know what is the process going forward as i am not going to be liable for transactions that are not made by myself. Also I need to know what is the balance on my account to i can settle and close this account. After this, I don't want to have to deal with Mr Price ever again.
