********** transactions

I last used my account on the 4th of November 2022. When I tried to pay my account I see that it says the credit has been used up, I then checked the transactions and saw that new transactions were done on the 7th of November 2022. I contacted Mr Price and was advised to make an affidavit by the Police station and send to them together with my ID copy. I did send the documents on the 25th of November 2022 and received an email acknowledging the receipt of the documents. To my surprise I get emails and sms's saying my account is in arrears and I will be reported to the credit bureau if I don't pay. I called them today, the lady assisting me told me that in the system it appears that I haven't sent through the documents. I resent them to her work email for her to forward to the ***** department.
