********** Purchases On My Mr Price Account

I selected one star because there's no option for zero.

I have been de*****ed R4 637.83 on my Mr Price account; with purchases that were not made by myself.

My Mr Price Account was paid off in full on the 01st of June 2021 with an amount of R1 500.26 and I have not made any credit purchases ever since. As we stand there is an amount of R4 637.83 that is currently due from purchases that were made on the 28th of October 2021; and those purchases were made **********ly and not by myself. Furthermore, these purchases have been confirmed to have taken place in Carlton Centre Johannesburg with a cloned card; I reside in Cape Town, Western Cape, and have been ever since the month of May 2015.
