********** Purchases on my account
I received an sms while at home that Purchases worth R6 500 were made on my account that I don't know of, I called Mrp customer care immediately but the close on weekends so I could not get help. Finally on Monday I called and they informed me that I was a victim of card clowning and that I should send an affidavit which I did on 14/12/2020 and I have heard nothing from them. Been trying to call for a follow up and there is no answer which is a concern because you guys hand many clients to service...
I'm in a process of trying to buy a house and this will affect my application and I plea for urgency on this matter as it will affect my credit worthiness...
Can I get an update please.
