I have never experience such ONLINE ***** in my account like I did with MR Price with *********** online Purchase department call center agents. it took me an hour calling the contact numbers just to report two online transactions that took place on my account.

For a company that has an app I don't understand the security on the APP if someone can link a profile to my account without any notification or confirmation request for the owner of the account to provide authority.

Your consultant kept taking me from one consultant to another with zero care that I was calling with my airtime and I am frustrated at how useless MR Price App can be.

We are leaving in days where ********** are taking advantage of financial apps, When I registerd my account online no one advise me that MR price allows for random profiles to be created on one account without informing the account holder.

Right now I can no longer shop online with my account because of how you APP is not secure, APPS THESE DAYS SENDS AN OTP TO THE ACCOUNT HOLDER TO AVOID SUCH *****.

I HAVE BEEN A LOYAL CUSTOMER WITH MR PRICE FOR MORE THAN 7 YEARS TO BE TREATED THIS WAY, I REQUESTED FOR THE DETAILS OF THE PROFILE LINKED TO MY ACCOUNT WHICH I DONT KNOW OF, I WAS NOT PROVIDED WITH THE DETAILS.

WHY IS MR PRICE CONSULTANTS PROTECTING *******, I CANNOT BE PAYING FOR MY ACCOUNT JUST FOR SOMEONE TO DO ONLINE TRANSACTION AT MY EXPENSE.

HOW IS MR PRICE PROTECTING ME AS THE OWNER OF THE ACCOUNT IF SOMEONE CAN CHANGE MY LOGIN DETAILS WITHOUT ANY NOTIFICATION WHATSOEVER, I COULD NOT EVEN LOGIN TO M ACCOUNT ON APP TO TRACE THESE UNAUTHORISED ONLINE PURCHASES, I EVEN CLICKED FORGOT PASSWORD BUT THE MY EMAIL ACCOUNT WAS NO LONGER RECOGNISED.

PLEASE WORK ON THE SECURITY OF YOUR APP, YOUR ONLINE PURCHASE DEPARTMENT STAFF MEMBERS SHOULD TELL THE TRUTH WHAT IS HAPPENING ON PEOPLE'S ACCOUNT.

IT IS VERY CLEAR THAT I AM NOT THE ONLY VICTIM BECAUSE THESE ONLINE TRANSACTIONS TAKE PLACE AT NIGHT.
