********** MR Price - Probably Staff Members

Am so disappointed with MR Price, I received a gift card of a R1000 for my birthday and a week after my birthday I decided to order myself my gift with this gift card! When i wanted to make payment and punch in the voucher code, it keeps saying that there is no credit on the card, I spoke to my BF and he has the receipt of purchasing the voucher..... so i Called MR Price on the customer care line and no one answered the phone my BF called the store where he had bought it from no answer so eventually i called again speaking to a lady in the accounts department stating that i have used my voucher on the 15th of July in a diff city on a cheap cell phone...... I told the lady look, i stay on the east rand and i have not used my voucher yet and would like this resolved, so she put me on hold for 45 mins,..... i eventually had to hung up because no one works at Mr price offices...... My BF tried calling the store self and got hold of the manager, and claiming we need to go to the police station and stand in the Que to get an affidavit and then we must wait until further notice..... What a load of ****, my BF purchased the gift card we are expecting you to do your job, find out what happened, don't send us on the goose-chase, to do this or that, we have the receipt of paying and yet our money is ****** by MR Price.......
