I bought two gift vouchers from mr price hone westgate on 21 May 2020. I gave one voucher to a friend and was left with one in my possession. In June I tried to purchase Items using the voucher in my possession and was surprised to be informed it has been used and balance is 0. I tried following the matte with mr price whom they are of no help and simply not interested in hearing .y story. All did was give me proof of purchase which was a purchase of a cell and two voucher were used one of 1000 which I dont know and mone of 500 which was used while still I'm my possession. I tried to follow up but no success. What puzzles me is how can a voucher make a purchase while it's in my possession .
