I received a call from a sales agent telling me about an account I could get i mentioned I DO NOT want an account but is he able to see what I’m eligible for he says yes sure I won’t sign you up I’ll just check what you qualify for and if you get an email or text message saying you have an account just ignore it and he can assure me no account will be generated for me. I then received an sms stating my account is active i ignored it as per his required as I mentioned to him I don’t want this account I’m Enquirng he said that was fine his only checking for me. Little did we know I received an sms today about my Account being active and receiving a spending voucher like what the darn hell - you have sales agents working there who are joining people without their consent and this is who you employed dishonest users ******** people who are freaken good shoppers and this is what we get people who would do anything to ensure they’ve met their sales target for the day knowing very well I confirmed I don’t want the account. I want this sorted out ASAP and I want confirmations that the account is closed in writing via my email address which you clearly have and I want a call confirming this as well this is by far the worst service ever your sales team is pathetic as hell and so are you for not auditing and checking their work correctly
